KATch care:

We will take every care and attention with all aspects of clinics and workshops, but KATch accepts no responsibility for events outside our direct control.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that plans change and weather may cause session date transfer; however, there will be no credit or refund on workshop and clinic cancellations where less than five days notice is given.

FACILITIES:

With the exception of sessions held at the Margaret Whitlam Centre, KATch clinics and workshops are held outdoors. It is the responsibility of course participants to bring a hat, sunscreen and adequate water. If rain storms are predicted, then Kat will communicate with the organiser for a potential transfer date.

MEDICAL consent:

We take the greatest care with children in our care, but accidents can happen. Payment of the workshop and clinic fees signifies agreement that children will receive emergency medical treatment if required.
